During a guided meditation your subconscious mind is able to create the perfect scenario for you to experience on a deep level whatever is required to answer the question or intention that you set forth prior to the meditation. You are fully aware and in control at all times during the meditation. An open mind and sincere intention are required and often produce profound results.
